Affects of Mines

The terrorist group known as the Khmer Rouge took over Cambodia on April 17, 1975 as a communist regime. The group aimed to keep Cambodia for Cambodians and went through great extremes to keep foreigners from claiming the land. One of the extremes that still haunt Cambodian people today, are landmines that spring up and attack years later.
