VISION--re:sound youth retreat poster
We have started leading retreats for youth groups across the state of Missouri, focusing on the really small youth groups with part-time or volunteer leaders. This will be our fifth retreat, entitled re:sound.
God created the world by means of speech-acts… he spoke the world into existence. What implications does this have for our speech? Students will be challenged to examine their speech and thought life and determine what sort of world they're creating when they speak. Do their words bring God's Kingdom here more or less when they speak? [Genesis 1; James 3:1-18]
