Bevin Court (from below)

According to Wikipedia this was the site of Lenin's home 1902-03 while he was exiled in England an the building was then named Lenin Court. The building was renamed from Lenin to Bevin Court to honour Britain’s anti-communist foreign secretary Ernest Bevin.
