Gifted Gourmet's Black Olive Ecstacy

In a food processor blend together :

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 stick butter softened

 

In clean food processor bowl, chop 2 cloves fresh peeled garlic, with a bit of sea salt (or plain table salt), a dash of freshly cracked pepper, and then (using on-and-off-again pulsing), add a can of pitted black olives. Keep the olives a bit on the chunky side ...

 

Now, in a bowl, blend gently the creamed mixture with the chopped olive mixture ... and put into a serving dish .. let rest overnight, or for several hours, for the full flavors to meld and come to full intensity.

 

Serve on crackers or bread rounds ... I love this stuff! It is quite addictive for my brother and I!
