Vineyard, Valles Calchaquíes, Argentina

Bodega Etchart was founded in the year 1850, in La Florida, Cafayate. Here the first Torrontés vines were planted - a specific variety introduced by the inhabitants of the province of Misiones at the end of the 16th century.

Located at the base of the Andes Mountain, at more than 1,750 metres above sea level, it is one of the highest vinicultures of the world.
