Eagle Bridge, N.Y. Benson’s Cafe’ Egg Salad

The Egg Salad sandwich on toasted sourdough bread at Benson’s Cafe’ in Eagle Bridge continues to be the best I’ve ever had. A mug of ice tea is a nice compliment on a warm day.
