American Woodcock
I shall be posting a lot of owls in the next while so, for variety, here is my best find of 2024 (tie) for a change of pace. It cooperated for many pics but I have only posted 3 until today. I shall also periodically slip in pics of the subject that tied for the best of 2024. I had unsuccessfully sought a Woodcock for 11 years. The other subject had been pursed since well before I was 11 years old.
