Osprey Fledgling

Another in the series of pictures of new fledgling Ospreys learning by doing including, in this case, learning what not to do. The fledglings tried multiple times to land at the top of tall trees on branches that were much too small to support their weight. This youngster finally gave up on deciduous trees but did subsequently land atop a tall spruce tree.
