Drinking at the Silky Oak
This Red Wattlebird was having a feast of nectar on this Grevillea robusta, commonly known as a Silky Oak. They are a very large tree, the largest of the Grevillea species and, as you can see here, when they flower it is an amazing display and a feast for the nectar and pollen feeders.
