Macro Mondays...Theme...Condiment

Branston Pickle, a jarred pickled chutney containing swede, carrots, onions and cauliflower pickled in a sauce made from vinegar, tomato, apple and spices. It was first made in 1920 and is my favourite condiment, with cheese of course! HMM :-)
