The biggest structure still standing at the old Staples brick company in Malden, N.Y. Which isn’t saying much ... it’s not terribly big, and it’s barely standing. I did not set foot anywhere inside here, so bad was the decay.
It might have been an interesting place to explore at one time. We found the remains of train tracks leading up to the clay pit, bits of machinery, and traces of several other structures. But mostly everything is gone.
