Collin Douglas
Tuning Notes
Multiple exposure macro shot from a Pentax K3.
The first exposure (the guitar nut) was taken from a tripod with my m42 screw mount Macro-Takumar lens at F 13 and 1.6 second shutter. I used LED continuous lighting since my ring flash wouldn't cooperate.
The second exposure of some colorful Christmas lights was taken hand held with my Asahi Super Takumar 55mm f1.8 at f1.8 with 1/8 sec shutter. I had a piece of card stock with a note-shaped hole in the front of the lens to create the bokeh effect.
It's the first time I've switched lenses for a multi-exposure pic and getting the details right was a process.
