New frame design that I've been kicking around for a while. Mobile frame zero scale with my favorite color palette, grey of course. I'm particularly happy with how much this little guy looks more like a little action figure than a chunky little lego bot, like how things at this scale usually appear. I think overall the different parts flow together nicely. The shoulders/arm came out better than I had hoped and initially that area was just giving me the damnedest time.
Also this utilizes that hip joint that I was talking about in my last post and creates a nice skirting effect like gundams and other Japanese mechs often have. This joint scales up and down very nicely and what it gives up by not allowing the legs to have more dynamic poses, it makes up for in strength.
