Thin Ice
Our first real snow of the season. I titled it after I had to rescue our dog from the pond the following day. He's not quite 2 yrs old yet and has no experience with ice. He jumped onto the ice and went through and couldn't get out. Fortunately he was close enough to shore that I could grab his harness and pull him out without having to go in myself. 78 lbs of wet dog. That was fun. Hopefully he learned a valuable lesson (and me too - keep your eye on the dog, dumby).
