Artbreeder had released a new demo called 'Collages'. This is a mashup between an image that you draw with some basic tools and a textual input. I have just started fooling with it.
Fourth try: Here you can see the input sketch in the 2nd image in the series. The first image here gave more than 50% weight to the text and that % increased through the third and fourth. The last is 100% text over a solid light blue background.
This was not a very comprehensive test and I'm sure I will fiddle with it a lot. I wish the image output was coded to the % weights and the random seed.
