asian cormorant (?) at Soor Sarovar Bird Sanctuary

lovely birds these. bigger and more elegant that their European cousins - that is provided i have the right creature - just going by their superficial resemblance and that they like to sit on dead branches with their wings spread out. anyone knows the name id love to have it.
