Crown-of-thorns starfish eating coral - Koh Nangyuan, Thailand
This looks really scary to me - that fact that it is totally enveloping the coral as its many mouths munch away, ans also the fact that this was one of the first of these coral killers we had seen at this point - they invade and eat all the the coral like very slow moving but very efficient locust - these we are allowed to kill and remove - check with your local dive shop!
