ON A DAY LIKE TODAY... when we are so full of good intentions... just take a moment to walk in someone else's shoes and think what it must mean?
On days like today, you miss your country, your family, your friends, all the familiar things.
Daily I hear people complain and mutter about immigrants, but on this first day, may I ask all to just think and stop for a moment: it is not always a choice to leave everything that is dear to you.
There are many different reasons plus not all are scroungers or people with bad intentions!
We have worked here in the UK for over 27 years, NEVER asked for anything, paid taxes and helped the economy, LOL.
We have adapted and adopted, are happy here, yet there is ALWAYS that pull-string to your motherland.
