The people from Antwerp in Belgium are known (sometimes mocked and loathed) for their flair and panache which is often misconstrued as arrogance and bravado.

I like their sense of humour.

We lived there and enjoyed it, it is a vibrant and very international city with a lot of history, beautiful buildings and interesting people, both in the past and today...

 

This lady is a perfect example of the Antwerp extravaganza you can see when you visit. A dog with sunglasses...
