CHRYSALIS… A LEAF

#abfav_autumn

No, not a proper butterfly one, but a leaf (less than 3cm that thinks it is a Chrysalis, LOL

The pupae of different groups of insects have different names such as chrysalis for the pupae of butterflies.

The term is derived from the metallic gold-coloration found in the pupae of many butterflies, referred to by the Greek term χρυσός (chrysós) for gold.

TO MAKE YOU SMILE! Fun from Studio indigo.

And thank you for ALL your faves and comments, M, (* _ *)
