A little slice of fun

This is what a 20"x12" template for the Offensive Combat Battle Axe Stackrylic sculpture looks like,.

There are 8 of these sheets, all of them different.

 

• The red lines are marking lines. The laser is on low power at full speed, and just marks the surface.

• The Blue lines are the cut lines. The laser is on full power, and moves at 1/3 usual speed.

• The "dots" are holes that with the help of pins, align each layer to the one underneath when gluing.

 

When I laser cut them out of 1/8" acrylic, they then are stacked onto a 1.5" acrylic rod, and glued together to form this:
