Patterns of Light and Shadow

A perfectly clear blue sky - it does happen occasionally! A lone birch tree soaks up the sunshine in Torrin, Isle of Skye. Needed to position myself to get the sun-lit tree against the dark shadows on Sgurr nan Each.
