Along the Oregon coast, near the Coquille River Lighthouse, is Bullards Beach State Park. That's where I happened across these wonderful yurts. The yurt manufacturers seem to follow pretty much the same construction, as you can see in the photos from Yurts of America, Pacific Yurts, and Colorado Yurt Company. Apparently they are quite substantial and can even be used in winter. brrr
