DareToDream

Hi everyone!

Today I have a project for the current Waffle Flower Challenge - waffleflower.com/2015/05/waffle-flower-challenge-may-25-t.... I used a 7” x 5.25” sheet of watercolor paper, so I decided not to make a card, but a wall art instead, because I love it. Yes, it is another dream catcher, but is new to me. I used the doily die again and the smooshing technique, so widespread lately by well known designers like Laura Bassen or Kristina Werner. It’s fun and easier to control where we want the ink to be. I loved doing this technique, and now I have my special smooshing piece of plastic :).

I’m also joining the SSS Wednesday Challenge “Make it Masculine” showcasing CAS-ual Fridays and Waffle Flower products this week - www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/simon-says-.... My project is a very loose version of masculine... I hope it won’t be too much.

Supplies:

Stamps: CBS - Fancy Feathers; STAMPlorations - Subway Art Builders.

Coloring: Distress inks - squeezed lemonade, crushed olive, tumbled glass, peacock feathers, evergreen bough, frayed burlap, antique linen, black soot.
