මල් කොට්ටෝරුවා ලංකාවට ආවේණික පක්ෂියෙකි. තෙත් කලාපයේ පහත රට සිට මැදි කඳුකරය දක්වා විසිර සිටි. වනාන්තර අවට විසීමට ප්රිය කරයි
