Our first activity for Careers@Hilton Live week was a visit to Central Sussex College to speak to catering students about the “World of Work” and what to expect when going into employment. The Director of Operations, Assistant C&E Sales Manager and HR Officer gave their top tips on employers’ expectations, how to stand out when applying for jobs, doing your homework before your interview, cleaning up your social media reputation and many other relevant and useful advices.
