Penobscot
RBMN #3051 leads the NRFF underneath the former CNJ signal bridge at the south end of Penobscot Yard as it begins the downward descent towards Pittston.
The Lehigh Valley shifted its mainline traffic to CNJ rails between White Haven and Laurel Run after a joint agreement with the cash-strapped Jersey Central in 1965. By 1972, the CNJ had pulled out of Pennsylvania entirely, and the Lehigh Valley assumed control of most of the remaining properties.
