CSX/NS maintain trackage rights between Cincinnati and Hamilton; northbounds are generally routed via the ex-B&O (CH&D) and southbounds via the ex-PRR/CCCStL to the east. NS freights on the Cincy Terminal generally transfer to home rails at New River Junction to the New Castle District.
