Breaking the SCALe

AMTK P42DC #33 leads the Illini across the Chicago River, going across the massive complex of bridges that define the Saint Charles Air Line. Just over the summer, new counterweights were installed on the IC bridge, so it shows that those bridges aren't going anywhere.
