Who can tell me how to solve the problem?
We just used the Tin furnace to solder the board for EzPCB's client,but we found a problem. The temperature of this furnace is 280 Degree,it is suit for Lead-free temperature. But there are many short circuit on the board,the tin can not be melted easily. Who can tell me the reason......
