Casa de Pilatos, Sevilla

Some pictures of the palace in Seville whose 16th century owners and architects seem to have been inspired by the pagan themes of the Italian Renaissance. Every one of these images could be paralleled by one or more of the illustrations of the "Hypnerotomachia Poliphili."
