comforts of home
A couple months ago this cat was feral and would run away, jump fences and keep running at the sight of me. Now he accepts strokes from me and belly rubs, grooming and burr removals from Barbara, as in this picture.
He still prefers to spend most of his time outdoors, regardless of the weather. He shows up when he's hungry. We give him food and freedom.
In the beginning I never thought this scene would be possible. May we all be as able to get over our fears.
