120 Line sxs (the junk table)
This is the junk table next to the switch. All of the stuff on this table is interconnected over to the sxs via a 25 pair tie cable. A few of the things On this table are: Ringing generator (grey box at back), interrupter ( made using ICs and relays ), dial tone gen., RBT, milliwatt supply and test number. And, to answer calls from the outside line and filter out telemarketers: the greeting announcement, and the autodialer that routes the incoming call to the announcement. Also included is some additional tt recognition capability, that allows the incoming caller access to the sxs. This has since been soldered on to seven Vector cards that are in the card cage.
