Roller skate as per request

I originally bought this fabric to make more picnic blouses but my daughter requested a dress instead.

My washer is broken (part comes in tonight thank goodness) so you can see the blue chalk line around the elastic casing.

 

I can't decide if I want a ribbon on this one.
