Lovebugs - why are those called lovebugs? probably because they are always hanging around in pairs :) but here is an interesting fact about lovebugs: adult males live for two to three days and females may live for a week or longer and mate with more than one male (Source: Wikipedia) .. also the females are significantly larger than the males, the larger one above is a female.

 

I thought that is interesting because if you think about it, neither of the above pictured ones will be living next week this time ..
