revised LNER tender

Been working on that tender quite some time now. You might remember my earlier version.

But I wanted to use 3D-printed MS-wheels to get the correct size wheels. been trying out quite some techniques, with this one finally working. The tender now (unprototypically) has bogies. It rools much better than the first version and causes much less drag in curves.
