Damaged piece of something that was damaged long ago; so long ago that I don't even remember what this funny looking piece of plastic once belonged to. The only thing I know is that this thingy has now taken on a life of its own. I've found it in my MM box of sorts where it had been patiently waiting amongst other stuff for its MM turn. And when I chose it today for today's MM theme "Damage" it was so excited that it gave me the happiest of smiles. As if it wanted to say, "Heeyyy, yesss! Finally! I'm beginning a new life as a Flickr star! Hoooorayyy!" I think it's also a little cheeky, because it stuck its tongue out at me, but how could I be angry with it – it's way too cute ;) To me it looks like a little robot; what do you think?
Size of what you see of Mr(s) Robot: 2,4 x 1,2 cm / 0,94 x 0,47 inches. Sidelit with blue light (tealight holder on lamp) from the left, and a mix of red and yellow light from the right (lamp equipped with the yellow plastic bottle cap and partially shone through the transparent red chocolates box lid. Handheld flashlight from behind to make Mr(s) Robot's right eye (consisting of hardened glue; on the backside of Mr(s) Robot the hardened drop of glue is shaped like a Hershey's kiss) glow. And the latter was the part that finally brought
Mr(s) Robot to life ;) Processed solely in DXO PhotoLab 5 and LR.
Happy Macro Monday, Everyone!
