Colonnade at the Neues Museum ("New Museum"). The Neues Museum is part of the Museumsinsel ("Museum Island"), a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Berlin's Mitte district. It was commissioned by King Frederick William IV of Prussia and planned and built by Friedrich August Stüler (a student of Karl Friedrich Schinkel) between 1843 and 1855. If you take a look at the photo in the first comment, you get a better idea of the surroundings; I took that photo at the same place, and the modern columns of the recently opened James Simon gallery which you see there form an architectural unity with the portico you see in this photo.
