This week on the Missabe
An MRF of unknown consist was southbound on the Missabe sub. I kinda hoped the crossing here at 24.5 would find him slicing into the sun with the Cloquet River fog in the background but considering the seemingly rapid lifting of the fog and the fact that the sun was buried here until nearly train time I was consigned to another clunker. The fog wasn't so much lifting as it was shifting giving me a result about as dramatic as I had hoped for.
