Latex city tunnel

I not look the latex city tunnel as there gangangs of mean rubberdolls about and the tunnel are creepy :0 but there are short cuts to other shiny streets. Anyways I'm happy I walked it as I found a rare form of Latex Ferrothorn. Another new latexmon for shiny me :)
