Knockout Obesity hosted its 'KO Program' Boxing Demo on October 25, 2014, at the Brownsville Recreation Center in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Youth from Live Light Live Right (LLLR) participated in a variety of exercises include calisthenics, shadowboxing, sit-ups and more. Knockout Obesity is proud to be working with LLLR in 2015.
