Black and White Calla - Explored
I wanted this to be side lit because my goal was to show the textures of the flowers. I placed a YN560-II in a 24 inch softbox camera right and above the flower at about 2 o'clock for my main light, and for fill I put a YB+N560 in an identical softbox camera left and in front at about 7 o'clock. I handheld a Strobie 130 in a Honl snoot below and to the right of the flower to put a little light into the center. All three strobes in manual mode were triggered by a Yongnuo RF-603N. I converted the original color image to black and white using Nik Software's Silver Efex Pro.
