Fading Cone Flower

This flower has about arrived at the end of the road, and I find that I like seeing these faded flowers up close. I particularly like the textures of the petals as the moisture retreats from them.

 

Lit with and SB600 in a snoot behind and to the left of the flowers - for backlighting, and an SB700 in a softbox on the right for fill light. These two strobes were in manual mode and were triggered by the Tiny Triggers, I just received from scottrobertstudio.com.

 

This looks best when viewed large on a dark background, and you can see it that way by pressing "L".
