A Split Nut In The Light
A friend of ours gave us this a few years back, and I thought it might be fun to finally photograph it.
Lighting: Lit with a Yongnuo flash in an 8.6 inch Lastolite soft box positioned at camera left and just out of the frame. Fill light came from a hand held mirror at camera right. The flash and my tripod mounted camera were triggered with a Yongnuo RF-603N.
Other plants, flowers, fruit or thingys that I've photographed using strobes can be seen in my Strobe Lit Plant set. For each image in the set, and there are over 1900 of them, I describe how I set up the lighting for that particular shot. www.flickr.com/photos/9422878@N08/sets/72157628079460544/
