Deep Inside The Hibiscus Flower

I photographed this flower in our garden this afternoon. We have a lot of hibiscus in bloom right now.

Lighting stuff. Photographed in the garden using a Yongnuo manual flash in an 8.6 inch Lastolite soft box, positioned at camera left and just out of the frame. The flash and my tripod mounted camera were triggered with a Yongnuo RF-603N.

Other plants, flowers, fruit or thingys that I've photographed using strobes can be seen in my Strobe Lit Plant set. For each image in the set, and there are over 1900 of them, I describe how I set up the lighting for that particular shot. www.flickr.com/photos/9422878@N08/sets/72157628079460544/
