Fading Orchids In The Botanic Building
I photographed these orchids, which were a little past their prime, in the Botanical Building in San Diego's Balboa Park.
Lighting stuff: Lit with one Yongnuo manual flash in an 8.6 inch Lastolite soft box hand held at the right side of the flowers and just out of the frame. The flash was triggered with a Yongnuo RF-603N.
Other plants, flowers, fruit or thingys that I've photographed using strobes can be seen in my Strobe Lit Plant set. For each image in the set, and there are over 1600 of them, I describe how I set up the lighting for that particular shot. www.flickr.com/photos/9422878@N08/sets/72157628079460544/
