Orange Hibiscus Flower On A Dark Background
This is one from the garden that I photographed some time back.
Lighting stuff: I first placed the flower on a piece of black Perspex and then lit it with a Yongnuo manual flash at camera right and just out of the frame. Fill light came from a small mirror hand held at camera left. The flash and my tripod mounted camera were triggered with a Yongnuo RF-6503N.
Other plants, flowers, fruit or stuff that I've photographed using strobes can be seen in my Strobe Lit Plant set. For each image in the set, and there are over 1400 of them, I describe how I set up the lighting for that particular shot. www.flickr.com/photos/9422878@N08/sets/72157628079460544/
