Vermillion Lakes With Clouds and Reflectiions
Yet another image from Vermillion Lakes which adjoins the township of Banff In Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada.
At certain points on our trip I used a tripod and bracketed exposures with the idea of using HDR when I got home to present an image that looked more like what I saw with my eyes, and not what my camera sensor was capable of recording. This image is a blend of four images, and I hope it doesn't like some of the over saturated, unrealistic images I see from HDR. I've seen some great HDR images on Flickr, and I hope this will look as good on your monitor as it looked when I was taking the picture. (More than you wanted to know, I'm sure)
