Framed At Lindo Lake
This is an infrared image taken from the pavilion on the little island at Lindo Lake in Lakeside. I wanted to use the arch to frame the lacey and surreal looking (at least to me) pepper trees. I haven't been doing any infrared photography for at least ten months because of problems with my converted D50, but a lady in our photo club was downsizing, and gave away this converted D300. It still needed some work, which I had done, and now I'm very happy to be back shooting in IR.
I've been shooting infrared for quite a few years, and IR images that I've posted onto Flickr are in my Infrared album.
