Major-General DeViers: Let me tell you again why you are here. Two hours ago, a nuclear device was detonated in central Tehran.
Alexei Ivanovitch: I know why I'm here. I wish to know who detonated the device and why.
DeViers: The device was planted and detonated by one of our top-secret assets. A certain Mr Gould.
Ivanovitch: So he's working for you? You need to keep your fucking dog on a leash, Englishman.
DeViers: What happened in Tehran was... regrettable. I lost a lot of good men and women. But you have to understand that it was completely necessary to our success.
Ivanovitch: Our success? I may make weapons, but at least I have a conscience. Four million people are dead! And that is just the start. What of the rest of the 14 million living in the area? How long before they start dying of radiation poisoning?
DeViers: I made you disappear and brought you back from the dead. Do not think that it is beyond my power to do so again.
Ivanovitch: Fuck you! The English weren't the only people in Tehran. The Americans and Chinese just lost some of their precious soldiers too. We could have a war on our hands!
DeViers: A war is exactly what we are looking for. It will topple the great powers of today and put Russia back on top of the food chain. Besides, for a man like you, it's excellent for profit.
Ivanovitch: What about your own country? Don't you care about this little island?
DeViers: I was a Russian double-agent for fifteen years during the cold war. I yearn once more to serve the motherland, to restore it to it's former glory.
Ivanovitch: You're insane!
DeViers: The Red Bear awakens, Alexei. Soon, all the world shall see his might.
